This simple yet elegant necklace was created for the use of essential oils on the Lava as Lava stone acts as a wick. Similar to the varying energies of the healing crystals used in jewellery, essential oils have been used throughout history for their therapeutic benefits. Essential oils can also be used for their wonderful aromas as well.
Essential oils are highly concentrated and as a result a drop or two on the Lava Stone is all that is required.
Because of the location of the stone when it is being worn,
an example of a perfect use would be essential oils for nasal congestion as a
result of allergies, a cold or flu. Combine Cedar, peppermint, grapefruit and
lemon (my favorite for sinus congestion) and add a couple of drops to your Lava
Stone.
You can combine oils or use just one for effects of peace,
calm, energy, sleep, uplifting and the list goes on. The more you get to know
the oils and how you react to them, the more experimental you can be with your
combinations. You can add a different essential oil each day to the Lava stone
depending on your needs and preferences.
Essential oils can have affects on our bodies, minds and
emotions.
