Axinite is a group name for several closely related minerals
and has a hardness of 6.5 to 7. It can be found in varying shades of brown,
grey and black. Rarely, this stone can be purple, blue, green, yellow and
orange in colour. It has a reflective quality similar to glass (Vitreous
luster).
Axinite is the stone of truth. This mineral stimulates
the mind and helps us with recall. It assists with focus, clarity and to find
creative solutions.
Axinite is said to reduce fear so that we can face our
thoughts and strive for independence. As a result, it is a perfect stone when
