In keeping with our Aries focus, we are highlighting Aquamarine today. The many stones associated with Aries include (but not limited to) Amethyst, Anyolite, Aquamarine, Aventurine, Axinite, Bloodstone, Citrine, Diamond, Emerald, Fire Agate, Magnesite, Magnetite, Stilbite to name some of the more common ones
Aquamarine is from the Beryl family. Aquamarine comes by its lovely greeny or sea
blue colour from iron impurities in the colourless, glassy beryl crystal. It
has a hardness of 7.5 to 8 on the Mohs scale.
Aquamarine is also one of the sunstones of Pisces, Gemini and the birthstone
for the month of March.
Aquamarine is said to help us calmly speak
our truth and to have courage. The keyword for Aquamarine is courage. It is used to bring us hope and helps us to
experience peace.
Aquamarine is also used to help us move
forward with positive changes in life by releasing events of the past.
Aquamarine is associated with the Throat
Chakra.
