In honour of the full moon tomorrow evening, we decided to
showcase Moonstone today.
Moonstone is a gemstone that belongs to the feldspar group
with a hardness of 6 to 6.5. Moonstone
comes in varying colours from clear to pearly white, to peach, to green, to blue,
to grey. Rainbow moonstone can reflect
all of these colours and more.
Moonstone is a stone of intuition and emotion. It highlights feminine energies and assists
in soothing stress and stabilizing emotions.
Moonstone is a taliman for love.
Moonstone teaches us to be gentle with ourselves.
It should be noted, however, that you may need to remove
Moonstone jewellery at the full moon as emotions may become overwhelming with the
double energies.
Moonstone is an amulet for traveling, particularly night
travel.
Physically, Moonstone is said to help the reproductive system.
This gemstone is associated with the third eye and crown chakras.
