Bronzite is a gemologist’s name for the mineral Enstatite
and has a hardness of 5.5.
Bronzite is a stone of courtesy and focus. It is a grounding stone that offers
protection and harmony.
This is the perfect stone for those that have difficulty
with meditation if they cannot quiet their mind. Bronzite will assist us in simply
“being”. It is also beneficial to
release any form of judgement.
Physically, Bronzite is used for exhaustion due to this
stones iron content. It is also said to
help with leg cramps and nervousness.
Bronzite grounds our first two bottom chakras (Root and
Sacral) and opens the Solar Plexus Chakra.
