As mentioned yesterday, we are now in the sun sign of Virgo.
Virgo’s sunstones include carnelian (which we featured yesterday), jade,
jasper, moss agate, and blue sapphire.
Today we are featuring Jasper.
Jasper is a form of chalcedony from the quartz family with a
hardness of 6.5 to 7.
Jasper, in general, is known as the nurturer.
Its energy assist with relaxation & enhances gentleness.
Jasper is said to give us the courage to
speak our truth and to ease stress.
Jasper helps us to overcome self-consciousness and is perfect when living in small communities to build friendships.
All Jasper is associated with grounding and the base chakra.
