Rutilated Quartz can be identified by the rutile crystal inclusions in the clear quartz. This particular stone has golden threads or needles of Titanium Oxide throughout. (My picture did not capture it well so I have included a second picture)
Rutilated Quartz is known as the
"moving energy" crystal. Rutile is known for its intense energy and
quartz magnifies the energy of other stones.
Rutilated Quartz is said to help with focus
and with making positive decisions. Its energies are said to uplifting and
helps us to overcome our fears.
Metaphysically it is used as a motivational
crystal and to assist with self-esteem, mood, meditation, communication, etc. It is said to be a wonderful meditation
crystal particularly when meditating for psychic clarity.
This quartz is associated with the solar
plexus chakra but is beneficial with assisting with any and all chakras when
they are sluggish.
