Larvikite contains a high percentage of the
mineral anorthoclase but also contains feldspar which gives it the blue
reflective qualities. Larvikite has a hardness of 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale.
Larvikite is used as a grounding and
protective stone which originated from Norway (also known as Black Labradorite
or Norwegian Moonstone).
It is said to enhance our visions and
psychic abilities. Larvikite is used to stimulates the mind and is said to assists
