We continue our look at the Birthstone or Sunstones of Scorpio. Apache tear, beryl, aquamarine, coral, obsidian and topaz are the stones that represent the Zodiac sign of Scorpio. Today we will highlight Aquamarine which is also the birthstone of March.
Aquamarine is from the Beryl family. It
come by its greeny or sea blue colour from iron impurities in the colourless
glassy beryl crystal. It has a hardness of 7.5 to 8.
Aquamarine is said to help us calmly speak
our truth and to have courage. The keyword for Aquamarine is Courage. It is said to bring us hope and to experience
peace.
Aquamarine is used metaphysically to move
forward with positive changes in life by releasing events of the past.
Aquamarine is associated with the Throat
Chakra.
