November birthstones are Topaz and Citrine.
Today we are highlighting Topaz which has a
hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale. Pure
Topaz naturally occurs as white but comes in a variety of colours. Blue topaz is generally a softer blue but
come in many shades. Blue Topaz is a
very popular stone second only to Sapphire.
Topaz, blue in particularly, is said to
assist in strengthening a strong body which seems to come natural to a Scorpio
individual. We would naturally associate
Blue Topaz to the throat chakra for clearer and stronger communications but it
is also associated with the third eye chakra as it assists with the thinking
mind and strengthens the thought process.
Blue Topaz is known as the visualization
stone. Topaz is also associates with
friendship and loyalty.
