We are currently upcycling or repurposing silverware to
create wonderful pieces of jewellery.
Today we are highlighting this lovely spoon head with its
crowning handle. We have also adorned
the pendant with a small obsidian bead and a small crystal bead.
Obsidian is natural glass occurring from molten magma and has
a hardness of 5 to 5.5. Crystals are not
natural crystals minerals but are lead crystal glass made by various companies such
as Swarovski in Austria.
Obsidian will enhance integrity and honesty and is the stone
of manifesting and healing. Obsidian
is a protective stone and helps to alleviate negativity. Obsidian assists with dealing with emotional
blockages. Obsidian is associates
with the root or first chakra.
Glass crystal has the energies of glass. Glass brings
positive energy, hope, joy, good luck, and diffuses negative energy. These
crystals carry energies of transformation and rebirth.
