Serpentine is a Silicate minerals and ranges in colour of greens
and browns. Its hardness ranges from 3
to 6.
Serpentine is used to clear stagnant energy and any types of
energy blockage. This is the crystal of
choice if you have conflict that you would like to resolve peacefully.
Metaphysically it is used to help activate kundalini energy
and is an excellent stone to assist with meditation.
Serpentine is used physically for stomach issues and
menstrual cramps,
Serpentine is associated with the heart chakra (4th) but
