Howlite is a cauliflower shaped stone with a hardness of 3.5 and is seldom
found in crystal form. Frequently howlite is dyed and sold as turquoise. In its
natural form, Howlite is white with grey to black veins.
Howlite is known to still the mind, relieves stress, and calms. As a result, it is excellent for sleep. Howlite encourages patience.
This is an attunement stone & is linked to the spiritual dimensions. It opens us to insights & wisdom and is a perfect tool for meditation.
Howlite is said to help us become aware of our goals and ambitions and its energies aid in achieving them.
