Rutilated Quartz can be identified by the rutile crystal inclusions in the clear quartz. This particular stone has golden threads or needles of Titanium Oxide throughout.

Rutilated Quartz is the "moving energy" crystal.  Rutile is known for its intense energy and quartz magnifies the energy of other stones.

Rutilated Quartz helps with focus and with making positive decisions. It’s energies are uplifting and helps us to overcome our fears.

Continuing with Mom in mind to honour Mother’s Day, we have created a pendant representing Mother and Child.  Both are adorned with Rainbow Moonstone around their neck.

Moonstone is a stone of intuition and emotion.

ROSE QUARTZ AND GARNET - MOTHER'S DAY

Remaining with our focus on Mother’s Day, we have created this pendant which incorporates a heart shaped outline which includes “Love”.  The stone of choice is Rose quartz as it is the universal stone representing love…both love for others and love for self.  Most times Mom’s put the needs of others ahead of their own needs.  Self-love is an important lesson for most Mothers.  Rose Quartz is a crystal of high energy and unconditional love for any situation. 

Rose quartz is used for self-esteem and self-worth. Its loving energies teach us to apply this love to ourselves. This in turn assists us with our own self-worth.

Rose quartz is calming and perfect for crisis. It helps us to learn to accept change and to deal with unexpressed emotions and grief……all part of a day in the life of a Mother.

As suggested by its name, Rose Quartz is a member of the Quartz family and has a hardness of 7. The colour is usually muted but occasionally can be found a vivid pink. The heart is a wonderful symbol of Mother’s love and the symbol of energy has been incorporated as pat of that heart. 

We have enhanced the heart with a single Carnelian bead.  Carnelian is a grounding and stabilizing stone with high energy making it a motivational stone.  Metaphysically, Carnelian helps to remove fear and to create courage. This beautiful black lace has been enhanced with Black Onyx and Hematite.

Onyx is a form of chalcedony from the quartz family and has a hardness of 7 and Hematite if an iron oxide with trace amounts of titanium.
