MEDITATION RING

A Meditation ring, also known as a spinner or fidget ring, is a wide banded ring with one or more smaller rings that spin over the main band. Spinning the small bands can be calming and assist us with focus (or refocusing).

 

These rings not only are useful but are a beautiful enhancement.

 

The larger main band of our focal Meditation ring is made from Sterling Silver and the smaller spinning rings are pure silver.

 

Pure silver, also known as fine silver, is 99.9% pure and Serling Silver is 95.7% pure making it a little stronger as the base ring.

 

Silver metaphysically is said to enhance patience and perseverance as well as awareness, intuition, compassion and sensitivity. Try some silver under your pillow to improve your dreams.

 

Silver has been reported to increase energy and to stabilize moods when worn. It is a well-known antimicrobial agent and helps to fight infections. It is used to heal cuts and fight off cold and flu prevention. Much like Copper, Silver increases circulation and helps the body to regulate heat.
