The main bead in this bracelet is Baltic Amber which is a fossilized tree resin with a hardness ranging from 2 to 2.5 on the Mohs scale.
When Amber is worn against the skin, the
nugget or bead is naturally warmed by our body and a small amounts of healing
oils (succinic acid) is released and absorbed through the skin into the
bloodstream. Succinic acid is known to boost the immune system, reduce
inflammation and is used as an analgesic for pain. Baltic Amber is noted as assisting
with varicose vein and increasing blood circulation.
Metaphysically, Baltic Amber is associated
with desire, sensuality and romantic tenderness. It is said that it was used to find lasting
love.
The centre bead is Carnelian which is
chalcedony quartz and has a hardness of 6.5 to a 7 on the Mohs scale. Carnelian
is used as a grounding and stabilizing stone.
It is said to be a motivational stone.
The Carnelian is bordered with Clear
Crystal Quartz which has a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale. Quartz, a must tool for healers, is an
amplifier of energy.
Amber reactivates the second Chakra and is
used to cleanse all chakras. Carnelian is associated with the second chakra and
Quartz works with the upper chakras and stimulates the Crown Chakra.
