Today we are highlighting magical Moonstone. There are varying types of Moonstone and
today’s highlighted stone, Rainbow Moonstone, is the most sought after.
Moonstone is from the Feldspar family and has
a hardness of 6 on the Mohs scale.
Moonstone is associated with emotional
energies and representative of the feminine.
Moonstone is known as a stone of intuition, mystery and did I say
emotions. It is known as the stone of
Goddess energy.
Rainbow Moonstone with its wonderful
reflective qualities is said to direct light into our human and spiritual
being. This specific Moonstone is associated
with harmony, creativity, balance and hope.
Moonstone is an ideal talisman for
sensitive children.
It should be noted that children and women
may need to remove Moonstone jewellery during the full moon. If you feel your emotions are exaggerated or
you are highly sensitive, it is suggested that you remove any Moonstone
jewellery until the full moon’s energy begins to wane.
Physically, Moonstone is said to help the
reproductive system.
Moonstone is associated with the third eye
and crown chakras.
