Tourmaline is a semi-precious gemstone with a hardness of 7 to 7.5 and comes in a very wide variety of colours.
Quartz is used frequently in jewellery and has a hardness of
7 to 7.5 as well. There are many
variations of quartz but today’s featured bracelet contains clear crystal
quartz.
Tourmaline, the main stone in this bracelet, reduces toxins
that cause chronic diseases. Tourmaline is said to cause a cleaning of the
nervous system creating less stress, alertness and greater circulation. It is a
grounding stone and enhances tolerance and understanding.
Clear Crystal is a power stone and is known as the Master
Healer. This Crystal amplifies healing and is used for pain and to assist
