Agate, which is from the quartz family, has a hardness of
6.5 to 7 and comes in a variety of colours and bands. Our featured agate today is called “Black
Agate”.
Black Agate is a stone said to assist us in dealing with
stress and to remain calm. This provides inner strength and emphasizes courage. It could be called the worry stone.
As with most black stones and minerals, Black Agate is a
grounding tool and is associated with our root chakra.
Black Agate is also associated with fertility and the
reproductive organs. It is a perfect energy choice for pregnancy and
menopause.
The moon which represents our emotions is an ideal charm to
accompany the black agate which all have been placed on the circular pendant
representing emotional cycles and energy.
The Lunar charm could be replaced with a fertility goddess to focus on
the fertility energies or any other charm of choice.
