PERPETUAL CYCLE OF LIFE

Today, we are not looking at a specific stone and its energies.  We are focusing on the perpetual cycle of our energies.

This set was created to remind us of our cycles of life and how each of us is intertwined together to create the whole.  The rings represent the perpetual cycle.  As energy we are never ending.  Birth is not a beginning.  We existed long before we took are first breath just as death is not the end.  Birth and death are but changes in the form of our energy.

The pendant and earrings are finished off with simple seed beads of black and grey.  Throughout our cycles, we are forever planting seeds.

Jasper is a form of chalcedony in the quartz family with a hardness of 6.5 to 7. 

Yellow Jasper in particular has been worn by shamans and priest for protection.  It provides insight for spiritual and psychic work as well as meditation. 

Jasper helps us to overcome self-consciousness and is perfect when living in small communities to build friendships.

Aquamarine is from the Beryl family and it come by its greeny or sea blue colour from iron impurities in the colourless glassy beryl crystal.  It has a hardness of 7.5 to 8.

Aquamarine helps us to calmly speak our truth and to have courage.  The keyword for Aquamarine is Courage.  It brings us hope and helps us to experience peace. 

Aquamarine can help us move forward with positive changes in life by releasing events of the past.

Jasper is from the quartz family and is a 6.5 to 7 in hardness. 

Jasper, in ancient times, was worn by shamans and kings as it is a powerful protection stone and helps to ground.

Jasper is known as the supreme nurturer and its energy is slow and continual.

This particular Jasper draws strength and vitality and assists us to be loving and compassionate.

Jasper is said to enhance tranquility and helps us to eliminate stress.

Rose quartz as indicated by its name is a class of Quartz. The colour is usually muted but occasionally can be found as a vivid pink. Rose quartz is generally not treated and the colour is natural. Rose Quartz has a hardness of 7.

Rose quartz is the stone of love - love for others AND love for self. It is a crystal of high energy and unconditional love for any situation.

Rose quartz is used for self-esteem and self-worth. Its loving energies teach us to apply this love to ourselves. This in turn assists us with our self-worth.
